Dr. Archit Aggarwal did his MBBS from J. J. M. Medical College and joined DAMS Test & Discussion course

He secured Rank 2462 IN AIPGME 2014 Exam

DAMS: Congratulations on securing a  good  ranks. What is the secret of your success in this exam?
Dr. Archit Aggarwal:
No Quiting. Constant effort.
DAMS: How did your parents, family and friends contribute to your success?
Dr. Archit Aggarwal:
Economically, Mentally and Morally.
DAMS: Who influenced you to take up Medicine?
Dr. Archit Aggarwal:  
My bio madam in school.
DAMS: We appreciate the fact that preparing for an extremely competitive exam must be really challenging. During your preparation, did you ever doubt your ability to succeed in it?
Dr. Archit Aggarwal:   
Many Times.
DAMS:  Which books did you read for the theory part?
Dr. Archit Aggarwal:  
Only T&D Notes and Refer to normal Indian authors for queries.
DAMS : Which books did you read for MCQ revision? Which revision books were the most productive and which were least?
Dr. Archit Aggarwal:
Most: Last Look Series, DAMS DVT Least Across.

DAMS : How important you think was DAMS in your preparation ?
Dr. Archit Aggarwal: 
Guidance Teachers gave Here was Very Very Good.

DAMS: What do you think is the better way of preparation between selective, intensive study and wide, extensive study? What did you choose as your style of studying?
Dr. Archit Aggarwal:
Selective Study.

DAMS: Indian PG entrances are highly competitive so to compete them students end up in appearing in multiple PG exams , kindly extend your views on this and also their pros and cons of appearing in multiple PG entrances .
Dr. Archit Aggarwal:  
Yes, Phase appear in as many exam as possible last year 1 secured 2700 rank in DNB,, but was given admission as i did not had degree certificate so, a part from luck factor give exam nullify these misshape.

DAMS: Which subjects did you focus on?
Dr. Archit Aggarwal:  
PSM, BIOCHEM, PHARMA, PEDIA Short Subject (including ENT, Ortho)

DAMS: What was your strategy for the exam day? How many questions did you attempt and why?
Dr. Archit Aggarwal:
Keep Cool. Attempt all questions maintain speed. revise once atleast marked question.
DAMS: What do you want to specialize in, why and where?
Dr. Archit Aggarwal:  
Respiratory Medicine, as no need to do super specialisation somewhere in northern India Probably Rohtak.   
DAMS: Which teachers in DAMS influenced you most and what do you like about DAMS and would recommend to your juniors?
Dr. Archit Aggarwal:
POONAM AGGARWAL NMADAM , SUMER SIR, TUSHAR SIR, RAJEEV D HAWAN SIR SAURAV JINDAL SIR , RAJEEV SHARMA SIR , Actually all Teachers are best, any one can get.
 I recommend DAMS due To Quality of teaching BY Teachers & Support of Sumer sir.
