only 44% in 2012. 19000 rank in neet 2013. 1960 in aipg 2014. But didnt let
self doubt come in way of my prep. Kept working. Took up iDAMS in 2012. Awesome course. Videos, notes. Started it late. So didn’t
fare well in 2013. Hard work finally paid off in 2014.

DAMS: What do you think is the better way of preparation
between selective, intensive study and wide, extensive study? What did you
choose as your style of studying?
Dr. Shampa Mishra: Selective, intensive. Very imp. Multiple revisions. Multiple tests.
Identifying and Revising areas and subjects you are weak at. many times.
DAMS: Indian PG entrances are highly competitive so to
compete them students end up in appearing in multiple PG exams , kindly extend
your views on this and also their pros and cons of appearing in multiple PG
entrances .
Dr. Shampa Mishra: we can complain about the system, or just work very hard, give as many
tests, entrances as we can afford (coz pvt. Institutes too costly) just be at
it, work hard, be sincere, know your strengths, work on your weaknesses, and
give every exam seriously, you never know what will click.
DAMS: Which subjects did you focus on?
Dr. Shampa Mishra: Anat, Physio, Biochm, mine were weak and they carry a lot of weight-age. Surgery, medicine. Psm- very scoring. Identifying your weak areas/sub imp and then working on them..

the first person in 2012 whose iDAMS video really motivated me to give it my
all. Opthal faculty, always helping on the club. OBG faculty most amazing Gynae
possible! All the teachers..

Thanks for the useful info about NEET. These preparation tips are enough to crack NEET if they are followed regularly. But one thing that you have missed is that practicing mock test regularly helps in increasing accuracy and somewhat it also boosts our confidence to face the actual exam. So I would like to share one of the best NEET Mock Test Series through which i had been preparing for quite some time. Others can also attempt the NEET Mock Test at http://www.prep.youth4work.com/Medical/NEET-Test . I would love to hear if somebody gets benefitted from the mock test series in their preparations
