Dr. Nitin K Patil did his MBBS from Azerbaijan and joined
DAMS MCI Screening Golden Points High Yield Course with Regd no. DL09867
He cleared the MCI Screening Exam Sept 2012
                                                                                                                                 

DAMS: Congratulation on securing a top rank in MCI Screening. What is the secret of your success in this exam?
Dr. Nitin K Patil: Continuity, Hard work, my parents, DAMS faculty esp. Dr. Sumer Sethi Sir, and all friends.

DAMS: How did your parents, family and friends contribute to your success?
Dr. Nitin K Patil: Because of them only I am here. They inspired me in all way.

DAMS: Who influenced you?
Dr. Nitin K Patil: My parent, DAMS Faculties especially Sumer Sethi Sir, Ortho Sir, ENT Sir and my friends.

DAMS: We appreciate the fact that preparing for an extremely competitive exam must be really challenging. During your preparation, did you ever doubt your ability to succeed in it?
Dr. Nitin K Patil: MCI Screening Test is one of my Challenge test. Smart Study & regularity is most important to prepare and crack the exam.

DAMS: Which notes did you read for the theory part?
Dr. Nitin K Patil: Golden Points (all subject), coaching material & individual subject like PSM, Radiology, Surgery, Opthal, OBG.

DAMS: Which books did you read for MCQ revision? Which revision books were the most productive and which were least?
Dr. Nitin K Patil: Previous exam questions are more productive & I don’t think that all deep study material is important but basic concepts & teachers guidance are more productive.

DAMS: How important you think was DAMS in your preparation?
Dr. Nitin K Patil: Special thanks to DAMS, all teachers influenced me a lot. DAMS is the Best & I’m proud to be DAMSONIANS.

DAMS: What do you think is the batter way of preparation between selective, intensive and wide, extensive study? What did you choose as your style of studying?
Dr. Nitin K Patil: Of course selective study is most important. My style of studying was listening carefully in the class & revision at least once in the entire subject in a month & practicing questions of previous exams.

DAMS: Which subjects did you focus on?
Dr. Nitin K Patil: PSM, Surgery, Minor subject (Radio, Dermat, Forensic) Obs & Gynae & Opthal.

DAMS: What was your strategy for the exam day? How many questions did you attempt and why?
Dr. Nitin K Patil: MCI Screening Test is not a Ranking Based exam & there is no negative so I attempted as much as I can.. I got 185.

DAMS: What do you want to specialize in, why and where?
Dr. Nitin K Patil: I want to become a surgeon. I like surgery very much as compare to other subjects & the reason is because there is no single surgeon in my whole Tehsil.
